Grace is a skincare junkie. We know this, because she has a dedicated following on Instagram that follows her every beauty related move through an account known as Damsel Flavored. So, we wanted to put our product to the test. We asked Grace to swap out her skincare regimen for ours, which included our Radiant Skin Renewal Starter Kit and our Light Treatment. She did this for two weeks. Read below to see what she had to say!

1. What is the biggest problem you face with your skin? (Oily, Sensitive, Dry)
My skin is sensitive and dry, so it’s really hard for me to find skincare that suits me right away. I also have hyperpigmentation from not using sunscreen, ages ago (sunscreen is a must guys!).

2. How did you like Goldfaden’s Radiant Renewal Starter Kit and Light Treatment?
The kit is awesome and effective. I have very sensitive skin and I was hesitant at first to try, but I still give it a shot. To my surprise my skin loves it, it didn’t break me out at all and my face looks healthy and radiant.
Light Treatment helps lighten my hyperpigmentation. I really like using this serum, it’s lightweight , it absorbs into my skin, no reaction or redness and most of all it is effective.
3. Does it help?
Absolutely! My skin is soft, glowy and plump. I don’t have dry patches and applying foundation makes it so much easier.
4. What is/was your favorite part of the regimen, and why?
Doctor’s Scrub and putting Light Treatment serum. I’m a fan of Goldfaden’s Doctors Scrub because it helps get rid of my blackheads – especially my t-zone area. It also makes my face smoother and baby soft after using this amazing scrub. Applying Light Treatment – this serum delivers. Dark spots and acne marks look lighter.
5. Have you noticed your skin behaving differently since using Goldfaden MD?
For 2 weeks, I have noticed my pores are shrinking, especially my t-zone. It also helps heal some of my  pimples with the use of the serum and my skin is not dry at all because of the Vital Boost moisturizer.
6. Would you recommend Goldfaden MD to your readers? And why?
Yes, I would. The Goldfaden MD skincare line is focused on antioxidants, which is good for our skin. It is also organic and has natural ingredients, so those with sensitive skin, you guys would love this. You’ll see results within 2 weeks, skin is more radiant.

I was flown to Paris once for a store opening. It was such a surreal experience and I had the opportunity to meet and hang out with fashion editors from all over the world. That was a turning point for me and I started taking my business much more seriously.

CAREER:

1. When did you first get into styling?
I thought I wanted to be a fashion designer so I enrolled in Fashion Design School at FIDM. The schooling kicked my butt and I soon realized I would rather pull things from various collections to create a look rather then design my own. And I never looked back!

WEB PRESENCE:

2. What makes your vlog different from the rest?
As a career 13-year Celebrity Wardrobe Stylist, I’ve traveled the world styling clients, and have styled every figure type as far as shape, height, size, age, and gender so I have a ton of experience, tips, and tricks to share when it comes to fashion and personal style. I am the “Expert” not because I think I’m “oh so fabulous” and can put together a cute outfit, but because I have real experience and a professional background styling all different types of people.

Online here  as well as my most recent “How To Go Monochrome” story here. I’ve hosted style segments on E! News for the past five years so to officially have joined the network is full circle! SKINCARE:

4. What is your go-to skincare routine?

Lots of steps, so much so that I can barely keep them straight…but mostly it goes in this order:
Wash, toner, some sort of serum(there are so many I forget which one) Laura Mercier tinted illuminating moisturizer (can’t live without), eye cream. Twice a day. Oh and water lots of water. Oh and vegetables! Not sure if thats a skincare routine but I think it’s aided in people saying (not all but some) “Oh wow, you’re 34? Thought you were 27” – best compliment.

MAKEUP:

5. What are your TOP makeup must-haves?

-Laura Mercier tinted illuminating moisturizer with SPF
-Lorac eyeshadow primer
-L’oreal liquid eyeliner pencil in black. (it is the only black eyeliner that actually stays on)
-individual flase eyelashes (I’ve perfected the art of applying them)

TRENDS:

6. What are the spring/summer trends you are most excited about and why?

-Any and all things white because it’s crisp and clean and makes the same statement as wearing a bright color without actually having to wear a color.
-Slide sandals: I love the easiness of putting them on and the minimalism of style. It makes it easy when pairing them with different outfits.
-Contrasting paneling and details. I love the interest of different textures.

JUST FOR FUN:

7. Tell us about an experience working as a celebrity stylist that truly shaped the outcome of your career?

ALL of the experiences have lead to the exact spot I’m in right now. The good and the bad. I think about that when things don’t go my way because in my experience, theres always been something great on the other side of bad or hard, you just gotta power through and keep going to get there.
